INTRODUCTION TO BANGLADESH :
Public expenditure on health, education and safety nets have increased considerably and will continue to rise, since 1990,the share of annual development program (ADP) devoted to the social sector has more than doubled. Bangladesh has made substantial progress in health and family planning. Fertility declined owing to the increase in the use of contraceptives.
